Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have kept a low profile and were noticeably absent from Prince Philip’s thanksgiving service this week, citing security concerns.
However, royal fans are hoping that Harry and Meghan will attend another high-profile event soon: Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding to his fiancée Nicola Peltz.
The Beckhams, who have long had close ties to the royal family, are good friends of Harry and Meghan. Victoria and David were invited to the Sussexes’ wedding in May 2018, as well as Prince William and Kate’s royal wedding in April 2011, so it wouldn’t be surprising if the Beckhams invited both royal couples to their weddings.
Meghan publicly supported fashion designer Victoria by wearing her pieces on some memorable official engagements before she left the royal life. Meghan looked stunning in a bright blue T-shirt style dress at the Endeavour Fund Awards, one of her final appearances as a working royal. The photo of her and Harry arriving at the event in the rain has since become legendary.
Meghan wore a chain-link Victoria Beckham dress to the 2019 Commonwealth Day service while pregnant with Archie. She also wore a figure-hugging navy dress from the former Spice Girl’s line for her first Christmas Day church service as a Duchess.
Meanwhile, Harry and David have a long friendship, so it wouldn’t be surprising if they flew from California to Florida for Brooklyn’s wedding. The wedding is scheduled for April 9 at the bride’s £76 million family home in Palm Beach. The 44,000-square-foot estate, known as Montsorrel, includes a swimming pool, extensive gardens, and stunning views of the sea.
In an interview with Esquire in 2013, David discussed his relationship with Harry and his older brother, Prince William. The footballer said of the royals, “We’ve done a lot of functions together.” “It’s a perfectly ordinary relationship.” It’s the same with Harry. They’re not difficult to get along with. They are passionate about their sport. Unfortunately, William is a big fan of Aston Villa, which I obviously tease him about.”
Vogue is the only publication covering the upcoming Beckham-Peltz wedding. Meghan also has a good relationship with Edward Enninful, the editor-in-chief of British Vogue, having guest-edited the publication’s September 2019 issue, titled Forces for Change. It was the fastest-selling issue of the magazine, selling out in ten days.

“I was about five months pregnant when this process began, and by the time you hold this issue in your hands, my husband and I will be holding our three-month-old baby boy in ours,” Meghan wrote in her editor’s letter to readers.
“Working with Edward and his team, both during my pregnancy and during my maternity leave, has played no small part in that joy – it has been a privilege to be welcomed and supported by this amazing team.” Thank you for entrusting this to me, Edward. “I am incredibly honored.”
