Prince Harry and Meghan Markle share good news after Duke’s surprise UK visit

The Archewell Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has stated that it is “honored” to support two international relief organizations in their efforts to aid those impacted by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria in February.

Humanity Crew, a mental health organization, is now collaborating with World Central Kitchen’s aid workers in the area thanks to the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Foundation.

“With support from The Archewell Foundation, Humanity Crew’s mental health professionals in Turkey, in addition to helping aid workers on the ground, are able to continue their work providing psychological aid to alleviate trauma and shock; training local responders on providing mental health support; running support groups with adolescents; serving families through counseling; and working with non-governmental organizations,” reads a statement on the couple’s Archewell website.

The Archewell Foundation is proud to have connected and supported both of these cherished organizations as they carry out their life-changing work in the area.

“We are grateful for the ongoing support of The Archewell Foundation, which has been instrumental in helping us provide critical mental health support to those affected by the recent earthquake in Turkey and Syria,” Humanity Crew wrote in an Instagram post to thank the Sussexes’ foundation.

Harry and Meghan stated in their impact report earlier this month that they have helped 174,497 refugees relocate, served 50,000 meals to the hungry, and rescued 7,468 people from Afghanistan through their foundation in addition to providing 12.66 million COVID-19 vaccines.

The royal has made a surprise return to London

This week, the Duke was in the UK for a four-day preliminary hearing in his privacy lawsuit against the Daily Mail publisher. His other well-known co-claimants, such as Sir Elton John, joined him.
