Meghan Markle and Prince Harry both have a passion for living a healthy lifestyle; they frequently go hiking and to the polo together.
However, the Duke and Duchess have a different interest that you might not associate with a royal couple. Harry has spoken about his love of the sport on Bryony Gordon’s Mad World podcast. Both of the parents of two enjoy boxing.

The royal remarked, “Everyone was saying boxing is good for you and it’s a really good way to let out aggression.” And that really saved me because I was about to punch someone; it was much simpler to punch someone who was wearing pads.
According to rumors, Meghan is a fan as well and has worked with Jorge Blanco, Chris Hemsworth and Drake’s personal trainer, in the past. Really impressive, no?
The Spanish National Kickboxing Champion told Vanity Fair: “I trained Meghan while she was in Toronto for the Suits series shoot.

“We practiced a little bit of kickboxing, boxing, and martial arts. I really enjoyed working out with her.
According to Prince Harry, boxing is a total fitness package that burns tons of calories, reduces stress and aggression, and improves balance, strength, and heart health.

In order to keep up with the other professional players, the Duke of Sussex is said to have improved his fitness level since relocating to California. British polo player Millie Hine, who is acquainted with players on Prince Harry’s Los Padres team, told the Daily Mail that the royal has been working out four times per week and going to the gym most days.
