The expansive Montecito mansion that Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle chose was chosen for its “calm” and “healing” atmosphere, and nothing says zen more than their gorgeous blooming garden.
The Sussexes’ Netflix docuseries featured snippets of their domestic life in the US, including a touching scene in which Harry carried Archie as a baby and showed him the blooming flowers in their grounds.
Their garden, which has a private pool, pond, and a sizable play area for kids, is the jewel of their opulent estate.
The couple welcomed their daughter Lilibet Diana after this video was recorded, and we have no doubt that she also appreciates the magnificent outdoor area.
In an interview with The Cut, Meghan Markle disclosed that a garden feature was what initially drew them to the property. “When we were walking around the house, those two palm trees were one of the first things my husband noticed. Look at the bottom to see how they are joined. My love, it’s us, he says “said the Duchess.
The Netflix series featured glimpses inside their current mansion, which features a huge kitchen and a gorgeous home office, as well as inside their former home in the UK, Frogmore Cottage, which they have recently been ordered to sell.
We were astounded by the personal photos that were made public, including one of Harry and Meghan taken in the lavish kitchen of the home in the teaser trailer.
When they were residing at Frogmore in Windsor, another program snippet showed bathtime with baby Archie. With his hair still damp from the bath, Archie was seen reaching out of the tub as his loving parents watched proudly.
After Harry and Meghan moved their belongings out of the 10-bedroom house, it is still unknown who will move in. There are rumors that Prince Andrew may relocate there because King Charles wants him to vacate Royal Lodge. Keep checking back!
