In support of her most recent #ShapingUs campaign, which aims to highlight the value of a healthy childhood, the Princess of Wales has urged the country to share a photo from their formative years.
The Princess then shared a touching image of herself holding out her little hands to touch her father Michael Middleton’s face in the picture. Carole Middleton, the infant’s mother, snapped the never-before-seen picture of Princess Catherine, and while many royal fans gushed over the adorable picture, some were left seriously perplexed.
Many fans immediately compared the Princess with her youngest son, Prince Louis, when they rushed to the comments section to express their opinions.
The picture, which reveals the endearing resemblance between the mother-of-three and the four-year-old son she shares with Prince William, even left some people perplexed.
One supporter wrote: “I thought it was Prince Louis!” Another wrote: “I legit thought that WAS Louis! I had trouble understanding the attire. It took me a moment to realize that it was Catherine!
Another added, “Louis is your TWIN,” and a fourth said, “Is it just me, or is there a very big resemblance between Catherine and Louis?”
Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are the three lovely children of the Prince and Princess of Wales. Do you notice the resemblance? Although all of the kids have features in common with their royal parents, we’ve never seen a photo quite this similar.
Faces are a baby’s best toy, the Princess stated in the caption of her potent post. To raise awareness of the crucial role that our early years play in shaping the rest of our lives, we launched #ShapingUs on Tuesday.
“We’d love for you all to spend time this weekend talking about your early childhoods and how they changed your lives with your friends, families, coworkers, and communities,” she continued.
“I hope you’ll also think about sharing a photo of yourselves before your fifth birthday with me to help with those conversations and to share some smiles and memories too,” she added.
