“Thank you for all the birthday wishes,” the social media caption stated.

The second picture of the Princess was taken in 2011 by William and Catherine’s personal photographer, Millie Pilkington.

Additionally, the photographer recently took Prince Louis’ official pictures to commemorate his fifth birthday last month.

On the eve of Charlotte’s birthday, Kensington Palace unveiled a photo of the Princess that her mother Catherine had taken over the weekend at the family’s Windsor residence, Adelaide Cottage.

Charlotte, who resembles a young Prince William, is shown grinning while sitting in a white wicker chair and sporting a white summer dress with floral embroidery.

At 8.34 am on May 2, 2015, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge, weighing 8 lbs. 3 oz., was born in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London. She is third in line to the throne and a great-great-great-great-great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria.
