Today Show star Hoda Kotb reveals true opinion on Prince Harry

In an exclusive interview with HELLO! Canada, Today Show host Hoda Kotb discussed her feelings toward Prince Harry in light of the publication of his memoir, Spare.

Prior to the publication of the book, the TV personality admitted that she had spoken with him, stating: “Prior to the publication of Prince Harry’s memoir, I interviewed him. And I believe that was before they actually began filming his Netflix series, back when I spoke with him at the Invictus Games.

“I kind of just gave him a place to talk about whatever he felt like talking about when I [asked] about his life, his family, and where he was. Additionally, he appeared to be very honest and open about his thoughts and feelings regarding the Queen and other related topics. It was just an honest conversation that I appreciated.”

After his memoir was published in January, she reflected on her interview and added: “There is a ton of information, and he has always been forthcoming, likely even more so as he moves forward.

“I thought he gave me some information. He has been speaking more and more as the months have passed. I believe I only heard a small portion of what he really wanted to say. Now that you look, the entire thing is visible.”

Hoda’s remarks about Harry come as people speculate about the couple’s potential attendance at the coronation. In an interview with the British television network ITV, Harry stated: “There are many things that could occur between now and then. However, it’s always open. They now have the initiative. There is a lot to talk about, and I sincerely hope they are willing to sit down and do so.”
