NEW photo of Meghan Markle holding little Lilibet was released – and she is the cutest

To commemorate their daughter Lilbet’s first birthday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released a new photo of her taken at her first birthday party in London.

The young girl is dressed in a baby blue dress with a white bow in her hair in the photo. Her ginger hair matches that of her father Harry and older brother Archie.

Misan Harriman, a close family friend and guest, took the photo at Frogmore Cottage for Lilibet’s special day, which included a casual, intimate backyard picnic.

Misan posted another photo to her Instagram account, this time with Meghan and Lili smiling happily alongside her two children.

She captioned the photo as follows: “It was an honor to celebrate Lilibet’s first birthday with my family and hers! There was a lot of laughter and face painting going on.”

Claire Ptak of Violet Bakery in East London created a special cake for Lilibet; Ptak was also in charge of the Duke and Duchess’ wedding cake in 2018.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex said in a statement that they “remain incredibly touched by the countless birthday wishes for their daughter, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor,” and that they “were amazed to learn that people all over the world donated over $100K to the World Central Kitchen (WCK) in her honor.”

The photo was taken after Harry and Meghan returned to the UK in style, accompanied by their three-year-old son Archie.

The Sussexes didn’t attend all of the events over the weekend, but they did make a spectacular appearance at the Trooping the Colour ceremony on Thursday, where they were photographed shh-ing younger members of the royal family such as Isla Phillips and Mia Tindall.

The couple had a spectacular view of the event from the Duke of Wellington’s former office, despite not being present on the balcony for the celebration.

They also attended the St. Paul’s Cathedral ceremony on Friday, but did not attend the lavish party at the Palace the next day, which was hosted for Her Majesty on Saturday evening.

After spending four days in the UK for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the family of four returned to Santa Barbara, California, on Sunday.

The couple was seen driving home from the airport, but they left some of their belongings behind, which were handled by airport staff – and royal fans got a sneak peek at what they brought back from Winsdor, where they stayed during their time in England.

Several items, including a swing and a wooden high chair, were seen being offloaded from Sussex’s private jet, which left the UK as the Queen’s Jubilee Pageant procession came to a close.

The couple have only shared a few photos of Archie

The wooden swing could be a thoughtful present from Prince Charles’ grandfather. He famously gave a similar gift to Prince William and Kate as a wedding present in 2011.

The front of the gift was engraved with “William and Catherine,” and it has been seen in previous birthday portraits of Prince George.

Princess Eugenie also has a similar swing in her back garden, which has been spotted by royal fans, and the apparatus, like William and Kate’s, has her name engraved on the front.
