Following his departure from the royal family in 2020, Prince Harry settled in Montecito, California, and appears to be enjoying the American dream there.
The younger son of Prince Charles has moved to a magnificent $14.5 million mansion with his wife Meghan Markle and their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Since then, the couple has immersed themselves in a variety of endeavors. Because of this, royal fans were taken aback to learn earlier this week that Prince Harry was considering doing royal duties once more.
The host Andrea Caamano discusses the veracity of these rumors with Emily Nash, HELLO!’s royal editor, in the opening episode of A Right Royal Podcast’s new season 4, which you can listen to below. Emily explains that Harry is “very happy” in Montecito with his family.
“My understanding is it’s not quite the case, that, you know, his life is in Montecito,” Emily tells Andrea about his return to royal duties. It’s clear he’s happy there. He’s made enormous efforts to establish this new life in California with Meghan and their kids. However, it appears to me that he would prefer to support his patronages by spending more time in the UK. He still maintains close ties to a number of organizations, you know.”
Emily also discusses what the future holds for the royal family now that they are back at work and the Duke’s potential continued communication with his former royal advisors in other parts of the episode.
Three HELLO! coworkers join Andrea and Emily in this episode as they discuss everything related to Princess Märtha Louise of Norway and Durek Verrett’s royal wedding.
The trio has a ton of never-before-heard tales to share with listeners after spending five incredible days in Norway last week with Andrea. They also attended all of the couple’s pre-wedding festivities in addition to their big day.
