Kate Middleton reveals Prince George’s surprising job in school holidays

The three children of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will soon be spending the summer break at home.

It won’t be long before the royal children leave for their two-month vacation. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and four-year-old Prince Louis will finish up their summer schooling at their respective Battersea, London, schools on July 6 and 8, respectively.

The children are hands-on when it comes to helping out at Anmer Hall

William and Kate are undoubtedly looking forward to some downtime with their kids after a busy time commemorating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Considering that Prince William previously told Apple Time to Walk, “We spend as much time as we can here, it’s very peaceful,” it is likely that they will all travel to their Norfolk residence, Anmer Hall.

Prince George also takes on a surprising task at Anmer Hall.

In March, while on a trip with her husband to a nearby goat farm in Wales, Kate shared how George, who is eight, helps out around the estate.

When Gary explained that they used the robot silage sweeper to move feed as Prince William questioned farm owners Gary and Jess Yeomans about it, Kate revealed, “That was George’s job at half term – moving feed.”

Kate spoke about George’s job during a visit to a farm

Prince William has previously mentioned involving their three children in farming near their rural home. In 2020, Rhian Roberts, an elementary school teacher whose family owns a dairy farm, overheard William say that while the Cambridge students were off from school, they helped deliver lambs.

William said, “We’ve been lambing with the kids this week. “At first, Charlotte wasn’t sure, but George jumped right in. Louis is a tractor enthusiast.”

The Cambridge family will also relocate to Adelaide Cottage this summer. The Queen owns the Grade II-listed house, which she can offer up as a “grace-and-favor” residence to whoever she chooses.

The family will be much closer to the Queen at Windsor Castle because Adelaide Cottage, a four-bedroom home, is situated on the 655-acre Windsor estate.

The royals will also be much closer to both Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s mansion, Royal Lodge, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Frogmore Cottage in the UK.
